Karena Kuehl
Gymnastics Instructor
Karena is a current student at Rutland High School and is in her 9th year of team at Cobra. She began coaching in the summer of 2021 and enjoys teaching the Level 1 recreation classes in addition to summer camps.
During the 2020-2021 season Karena excelled in the Platinum level, qualifying for the Regional Championships and winning 2nd on beam, 4th on bars and 5th in the All-Around. She is a dedicated athlete; balancing school, work and sports with ease and grace.
